Attention matters of preservating chinese green tea

Chinese green tea contains polymer palm enzyme and terpene compounds, and it is easy to absorb peculiar smell. Therefore, in the preservation the five attention matters must be paid attention to.

1. Avoid damp
Green tea is a kind of hydrophilic porous material, and has a strong effect of moisture absorption and moisture. So when store green tea, the relative humidity at 60% is relatively appropriate, and more than 70% will be due to the absorption of moisture deterioration.

2. Avoid the sunlight

3. Avoid high temperature
The best temperature of saving the green tea is  0 ℃ to 5 ℃. If the temperature is too high, it will break down the amino acid, sugar, vitamins, and aromatic substances in green tea, even the quality, aroma, taste, etc will be reduced.

4. Avoid oxygen
Saving the green tea, it must be in good place. Otherwise when the chlorophyll, aldehydes, esters, vitamin C and other in green tea exposed to air, it will combine with oxygen. Then the nutrition of green tea will greatly reduce.

5. Avoid peculiar smell
Green tea is easy to absorb peculiar smell. Because it contains high molecular palm enzyme and terpene compounds. Therefore, when saving the tea, it must not be mixed with the peculiar smell of items.
