Meaning of ‘SOFT SKILLS’

There is always an eager to know the definition of soft skills. Based on my training experience I've come out with a definition to soft skill(s). According to me Soft skills are the skills which’re essential to achieve success and to do the work effectively and efficiently. In other words, soft skills are certain skills, of course even so many do’s and don’ts which are based on common sense and etiquettes. The concept soft skills are also identified in other names like,

Ø  Organizational skills or corporate skills

Ø  Personality development

Ø  Work skills

Ø  Self improvement or self development skills

Ø  Success skills or student development skills.
