Current Job description
I am Rajat Goyal, B.E. in IT 2006 batch from Jaipur, Rajasthan. Currentlly working in ICICI Bank Ltd, Hyderabad as Assistant Manager in Securities Market Services. I am in operation of Custody & CSGL operations as well as work as Business Analyst for the applications which we use.
Leadership skills
Its correct. To be a leader, no doubt leadership skill is essential, however a good human being, should have patience, knowledge, empathetic etc. also required.

By being an empathetic person, the problem can be understood and can understand the seriousness of the issue. After that decision can be taken easily.
Important career decisions
After 10th, I chose PCM to be an engineer. I joined the engineering college which was almost new. After completing the engineering I did job in Software company. After serving for One year, I moved to Banking Industry. That was the turning point of my life.
My views on India Technical development
Govt. policies/ politics are the major reason. In India, there is no respect for the talent. They don't get that much as they deserve for. Out of the India, they get good salary packages, facilities and overseas experience. That is the only reason for brain drain. By improving govt and their policie
Family background
I am from middle class family. In my family, Including my parents, I have one younger brother and one younger sister. My parents are employed in Govt jobs. My brother is doing business and my sister is Doctor and currently pursuing for PG in Radiology.
