The Journey So Far:
As soon as i completed my B.Tech, i joined in a software firm; worked on dotnet technology.Later I completed my M.Tech,working as Assistant Professor.
Job Profile:
I am working as Assistant Professor in Vardhaman Engineering College,Shamshabad.
The Decisions That Matter
Without any CSE/IT background I worked as Software programmer(ofcourse with training) .Later shifted to teaching field ;the different profession from one another.
Career Profile:
Apart from taking lectures, I guide few projects for B.Tech and M.Tech students and guidance for seminars.Our college is Autonomous, I prepare Syllabus for few subjects assigned by my Head.
Working Life Management:
As a single,not much problem :)
Done Differently:
I like to work as a Trainee.
Plans For The Future:
I will be a good Assistant Professor with high quality than now I am; and it continues..To become Associate I have to do PhD. I will work on that ...
Prized Accomplishment(s):
I am proud of my flexibilty towards any educational criteria.I learn and work.As i am from EIE background,working in ECE department.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
Lots of changes with respect to syllabus all the time. And the qualification values are changed a lot. Like rather than a B.Tech, there are all MBA's and M.Tech's...
And everywhere and in everyfield there is a competition.
Growth Strategy:
As for my profession, I am learning about latest technology tools; providing myself path to PhD with my interested topics.And I am learning the skills to control different types of students to improve my leadership skills.

Required Reading:
Books on PsoC and programming with Microcontrollers and books on digital technology with Cadence and similar few.
Role Model:
Frankly speaking,I mostly got inspired from the stories told by my mom.
She used to tell good moral stories with real examples...
