The Decisions That Matter
First, I revolted against my parents to pursue such a challenging career. Then, choosing the coarse of my profession. My most constant decision is to only and specifically associate with people I can be proud of. I want to be a fair journalist, not a random girl who is crazy to dig out the 'sansani'
Career Profile:
I work in fair contrast to my earlier profile. I am working in a magazine for the first time.
Degrees That Matter:
I recommend that students should only enrol in govt or affiliated colleges. I am not against private colleges, but the authentication should be checked thoroughly. Every journalist must have a degree in journalism, favourably bachelors for obvious reasons. Education always helps.
Working Life Management:
Never feel stressed enough to not do things which you love and dream to do on evry holiday. Be sure of saying No, before you say it. Never regret.
Done Differently:
Finished education a year before, or would have pursued another degree along the way.

Exploring further and content with my space!

Growth Strategy:
My goals are very clear. I am a journalist, wherein I have deliberately experimented in many organisational structures to bring variety and flexibility to my profile. While I am just 25, I am working in a magazine, i have worked at ngo, weekly newspaper, ad agency and as anchor & voice artiste
Advice For New Professionals:
It is very important to let people teach you. One should accept the fact that 'they are freshers'. Only then can they learn with full support from their mentors. Nobody is bad or stupid, its just that some are better and smarter. Keep the cup empty!
