The Journey So Far:
I have pursued my bachelors in Biotechnology from AAIDu , Allahabad. I was a gold medalist. Than I was working with one of delhi based biotechnology company for one year and went to Ireland to pursue Masters in regenerative Medicine and I got few offers from Hongkong ,Germany but landed in Austria.
Job Profile:
I am a researcher working in the field of Neuroscience Austria ,Europe.In short we are focoused more on SNPs or gene responsible for the cause of underlying disease.Focused on brain related disorder like Parkinson's disease, Alzeimer's disease.
The Decisions That Matter
To get higher eduction abroad and to make networking.
Degrees That Matter:
I from biotechnology field , therefoe I would recommmend to have minimum PhD and if you can go for Pos doctorate studies. better for your career.
Working Life Management:
I work for only 8-9 hours a day with half an hour break. Than I play table tennies, Running, sometimes music. and cook food for myself and than sleep (6-7 hours)
Done Differently:
I think i would prefer to use my skills if i swtich to different career
Plans For The Future:
Good question!! Well At present I am polishing my aim to reach to my vision. I would like to be a Entrepreneur in near future.Its tough challenging but never mind.
Growth Strategy:
Improvising, Learning , updating myself. handling the projects independently and networking.Yes Communication is very important.
Other Thoughts:
Yes, I never give up to any situation. I never think I know every thing and always keep myself with student attitude as a leaner throughout my career.
Advice For New Professionals:
First of all I would advice all youngsters to make their what they interested in. I have very seach regarding the subject before you would lik eto pursue. Always go to the roots please don't mug up the things. Then you fibd yourself more of trouble shooter in your field . You will enjoy a lot.
Role Model:
Hmm!! Kiran Majumdar Shaw is one my role model who is today icon in the industry of biotechnology . She is the Founder of company known by name BIOCON. and yes whenever i see rikshaw puller , cobbler I am inspired by their ability , strength and focus.
