Degrees That Matter:
It's not qualification only quality matters to live and perform but learn what you like to be in life. If its a degree do it, if its a skill practise it, its up to the you. Learning is such a process that never ends
Working Life Management:
Work while at office, live life at home is what I practice, sometimes it overtakes but try to regulate it by delegating part of the job to best subordinates as well as share the situations with my family so that they can support me to maintain
Done Differently:
I will opt for an abroad job first to know and experince the global perspective in doing and delivering results. I will join at Harvard University for a Management Programm
Plans For The Future:
I am more into relationship Manager rather than selling brand or dealing transactions. So I must ensure that quality of brand as well as reliability of my transactions to ensure better results & relationship with customers, employees, and all. I want to see me as a chief executive of the company
Prized Accomplishment(s):
I have retained 98% of my clients and maintaining a valuable relationship with all of them as well as my competitors.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
World is an open playground now, You can prove, how you deliver it. So you will get recognized on your merit. That much opportunity before everyone, even though there is much competitions, chances to show your talent has diversified, differentiated. Anyone can be a match winner.
Growth Strategy:
Considering everyone of my team as a crucial players, convincing them that they can change the situation and by delivering the best they can for the company.

A leader is an agent of change, if you can't be that change just follow him
