The Journey So Far:
Started professional career as unsuccessful aspirant of Civil Services. Switched over to teaching Chartered Accountancy student, Later Joined Teaching at university in India and Abroad(Under UNDP Sponsored program. Under family exigencies, joined back university in India after being abroad for 6 Yrs
Job Profile:
Teaching MBA students & conducting exams/evaluations of copies besides formulating Strategy, designing, supervising the activities pertening to General Administration at Department level as HOD & at college level as Director/coordinator of Evening Mgt Program of AUUP.
The Decisions That Matter
Joining Jimma University under Ministry of education, Ethiopia as part of UNDP sponsored Program after quitting College at Patna.
Career Profile:
I am serving as Head of Department (IB & Economics) and Program Director of UG & PG Mgt. Evening Program. These administrative roles are in addition to Teaching and researching responsibilities what I had earlier.
Degrees That Matter:
Strongly recommend Doctoral and PG degree in Management.
Working Life Management:
I divide my time for Personal life and Professional Life with no overlapping. I keep myself organized and oriented towards my goal in all odds. I prefer to use writing Poems and short stories when tired to recreate myself from monotonous work.
Done Differently:
I would prefer to be a social writer and a leader for social cause.
Plans For The Future:
I wish to be the Head of World Class Academic Centre. A centre that imparts quality education and research for the society without quid pro quo....

I have earned a lot of respect and recognition from my students from various countries. I feel proud of being a successful teacher.
Growth Strategy:
Learning from failure and being motivated first to motivate by colleagues. I trust, failure is good as it provides opportunity to learn to strive for the best.
Other Thoughts:
Since childhood, carrying impression that a Man is known for his qualities principles, Values and contributions towards the betterment of the society. I followed the principles and shaped my life by own effort including teaching when was just higher secondary pass out and writing in Sc. Magazine.
Advice For New Professionals:
Be Honest, Disciplined, Self Motivated and Organized in all odds. Time is precious so utilize every second in a manner where you can justify every second that you have spent. Instead following other, set a path to be followed by others.
