Its just a unexpected move. My start as a freelancer web designer. It make me to get a lot of need in the industry. step by step I studied the need and make a plane to fulfill it. I started the company Innovador Technologies LLP. From its start i am acting as the CEO of company to make most possible growth. By taking good control over planning, management,community management, programmatic effectiveness, Brand Building. Through ideal decision bringing company to next level.
The Decisions That Matter
Most important is the selection of my own company, its really without any knowledge in management side. Then after the change of company work form web developing to a complete IT partner. And now feel its the right decision.
Degrees That Matter:
I don't think so. best and up to date industry knowledge and management skills can help its most. But a management or technical degree is a great add on to work smooth.
Working Life Management:
I believe in technology. So by spending the little time with my work helps me a lot to do with technology. Due to this, I have great time to spend with my relationship. the management of work life balance is so easy for me, life gives most relax and energetic time so the less time in work is enough.
Done Differently:
I think I feels the heart beet of the IT industry. And believe its the right path. If it again starts, I should be make a lot changes in my profile. Especially tight technical knowledge and reviewing or comparison capacity. Only deep touch on industry can help me to overcome the today's competition.

I personally take two work of my department in my campus to make a function success with my web developing capabilities. I really proud myself to deliver the best in class output.
