Working Life Management:
In the flat world and while doing business worldwide, its now more of Work Life Blend than balance! I have very effectively blended the work and life. I enjoy company of my two daughters and wife, and blend very well attending work with the modern ways of communications!
Done Differently:
Not much, other than I will put things on fast track by following Richard Branson's advice of Lets Do it!
Plans For The Future:
Findability Sciences (FS) is a very innovative software company, with the unique trademarked concepts. As a founder of the company, I see FS becoming world renowned brand as companies will seek more services from FS to end their pain of search and bring in joy of finding!
Prized Accomplishment(s):
Starting my own companies & serving world renowned brands through those is a dream come true for me. Also I am proud of the team we have formed because of which during the tough economic recession in market we continue to grow and serve our customers with our Innovation.
Growth Strategy:
Keep learning new things every day & disseminate knowledge among the team members. See feedback from every team member, irrespective of their position within the organization.
Required Reading:
Not For Bread Alone by Konosuke Matsushita always inspired me that when you do things for not only earning bread, you can achieve excellence. Another recommended read is - Screw it, Lets do it by Richard Branson.
Advice For New Professionals:
Dream BIG! Don't compare yourself with another person in another company who earns few thousand rupees or dollars more than you.Be quality and cost conscious. You should be proud about your every delivery ranging from a simple mail communication to the software code you write. Innovate.
Role Model:
My father.Through his own behavior he demonstrated us that honesty, ethics and integrity are the only principles makes one very effective person.
