Since then, I have been handling large teams & have handled challenging assignments ranging from a role in Human Resources to Business Development to Training, including National Level roles & projects during the past 8 challenging years. In September 2011, I decided to move on to bigger roles & challenges & joined world renowned International Bank/Financial Institution, ING in their Indian bank ING Vysya Bank & am presently heading the HR for North, East & Western India for the bank responsible for HR activities of over 3000 employees based out of over 180 branches & Offices. My past experience would reveal the diversity of roles that I have handled in Indian Navy & world Outside.
