The Journey So Far:
I started my career with VAM Organic Chemicals Limited as Marketing Officer. I was looking after the states of Punjab, Haryana and Delhi. Then moved to Herbicide India. Started my own business in clean rooms from Mumbai. Then moved to Bangalore and started venture in IT in 2006.
Job Profile:
I am looking end to end operations of the company. I am working as CEO of the company and all the departments are reporting to me. Apart from that I am also involved in improtant projects finalization and delivery.

I have succesfully established a corporate IT training company in Bangalore. We are catering top 2o IT companies in different technologies at different levels. Till now we have trained more then 5000 IT professionals in different companies.

It has become more opportunistic and competition has become cut throat. You need to kill some body to earn your bread.

You must harness the power of networking in any field to become successful. Today there are several networking sites are there, which can help a person to seek their goal.
Advice For New Professionals:
Superspecialization is the key to get the money and name in the market. You need to have proper guidance at the start of the career. All persons put thier 100 % but only few reach to desired desitination because of proper guidance and push.
