The Journey So Far:
I started my career with VAM Organic Chemicals Limited as Marketing Officer. I was looking after the states of Punjab, Haryana and Delhi. Then moved to Herbicide India. Started my own business in clean rooms from Mumbai. Then moved to Bangalore and started venture in IT in 2006.
Job Profile:
I am looking end to end operations of the company. I am working as CEO of the company and all the departments are reporting to me. Apart from that I am also involved in improtant projects finalization and delivery.

Distributing my work load and duplicating my self in my collegues.

I have succesfully established a corporate IT training company in Bangalore. We are catering top 2o IT companies in different technologies at different levels. Till now we have trained more then 5000 IT professionals in different companies.

It has become more opportunistic and competition has become cut throat. You need to kill some body to earn your bread.
