The Journey So Far:
after my education have joined Wimco Limited ,after spending 10 years change my job to Thapar Group,here i spent 2-3 year then resigned and started my own business in the field of Horticulture, unfortunately its not succeed and lost my all capital,then joined real estate-its going very good
Job Profile:
Basicly am looking after HNI and relationship with developers,provide proper education and guidance to my staff regarding the projects marketiing and other proceedings .I try to be present during any deal to avoide any untowards.I also motivate the staff to perform well in proper manner.

When i lost all opportunities to survive,then decided to build my carrier in this field,some how i have been succceded and trying to achieved my goals.

yes, one should have rich experience or training conducted by the authoritiy in the field. Now days Real Estate face has been totally changed,its like other business need planning ,execution of strategies and marketing .To grow here you need honesty and transparency AND prompt services

Its very easy to me since i never mixed my personal life into the business- i really enjoy the challenges.

First of all i would figure out my own prefernces ,then study the modelaties to start the business by fixing my targets to reach top of the business

I just wants to be quality developer in specific field not in every segment-which is Farm House development with distinguish features.

My reputation inthe market, and retaining my 98% clients for further investment, and recomondation of my company name .
Growth Strategy:
Currently am in Real Estate and just have started interior designing,virtually real estate sector is so vast, to grow sky is the limit. Recently am working on development of Farm Houses at Puskar-Rajsthan at very resonable price here you will found ethical and modern amenities.
Other Thoughts:
Real Estate is the major consumer of the cash its truth,one shuold be vigilant to save himself as well as the clients from the criminal background peoples.

honestly, no one is my role model,since i have entered into this business not by choice but by force, but i have fixed my own ethics and goals,40-50% i have achieved ,remaining shall be achieved in 2-3 year.
