1. Kindly brief us about yourself?
Me, Asoke Kumar Banerjee, date of birth is 2nd'October 1950.PG in Chemistry.Started service career with then Fertilizer corporation OF INDIA, at its Sindri unit,after certain years of service joined with NTPCLtd at its korba station then at MP and now in the state of Chattishgar, spending almost 17 years at NTPC,Korba got transferred to NTPC,RIHAND situated in state of UP, with one more transfer to NTPC,Kolkata office, availed a final leave from NTPCLtd. During this tenure got the opportunity to deliver my services to different departments of NTPCLtd consisting of Chemical,Environment Management,Ash utilization,Inspection cell. Just after final exit from NTPCLtd,Joined with WBPDCL as Advisor(Chemical) and still continuing with them,
Initiative to develop a country
Must perform sincerely their assigned jobs in all the fronts in totality by heart and mind.
My achievements
1.Always achieved success in the area I worked and has been able to develop subordinates to take higher responsibility.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
Apart from relevant subject mater, Ethics, Moral, Honesty, feeling for needy,Punctuality must be included in some form some where.

A lot cannot possible to elaborate.
My role model
In student life my English Teacher, who did teach me also about practical life, generally when young can't decide which is wrong and right. I got much inspired by him.
In service life, my honesty I worked with has been admired by my all superiors, and inspired me to work in the toughest situation.
Degree that I recommend
What degrees and certificates I do have is enough.But time to time training and fresh exposure to the new development to relevant area is needed till you reach to grave yard.

Honesty, For decision making reversing the chair, Attitude of pay back, punctuality. Timely planing, lastly Deming cyle.

Ensuring success
I am with the believe that every step of life provides some teaching and I am continuing to get that learning and also spreading that learning among young learner. Experience based teaching helps other to adopt the same easily. Adoption by heart mean implementation, which further leads to development of individual,which provides me stupendous satisfaction .
