i mention that am very well known personality as named BHOLANATH in POET'S world so, i'll choose my career in that.And i'll received PRASHASTI PATRA by madhya pradhesh sahityakar parisadh jabalpur.my books are GANDH GYI JAANE KIS DESH MAI,NAVGEET EKDHASH,PANKHURIYAN, GEET JANPAD etc.
Plans For The Future:
Right now i am working as GM but i think i have to learn more and still gain alot.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
Handling operations at 5 MW, 15.7 MW & 15.7 MW 30.0mw.70.0mw 600*4 capacities. Designing plant layout for the power plant department & performing building improvements.Developing boiler & turbine operation / maintenance improvement plan.Effectively supervised over 100 college.
Growth Strategy:
Maintaining discipline,less expenses ,high operation & maintenance in small budget . i able to be productive in my department, by this i mean i have been able over the years to the brightest of individuals this has led to a stronger team which has greatly improved and seen the companys growth.
