The Journey So Far:
My starting days were too problematic because i was a fresher and didn't get a very nice opportunity to learn much but slowly-2 i have groomed and as i have shifted to mumbai where i have been outsourced to United states for a differenct assignment and today still i am learning and will keep learn.
The Decisions That Matter
Story is i got selected for Army and engineering at the same time.As my father was army man so i have decided to go for engineering and today i can see the modern advancement's and technologies and can proudly say i am also part of all these.
Career Profile:
Currently i am working as a Sr.programmer and writing code from ui->server-DB level and got a chance to work in agile methodology.Earlier i was working with Patni in a cloud computing and Majorly involved in development and deploying application in cloud.
Working Life Management:
If you segregate you personal and professional life then its very easy to manage.so i'll leave all office related burden at office and focus on my personal life after leaving office.But i never forgot to where i need to change on myself to improve at my workstation.
Done Differently:
Will more focus on programming.I would prepare from earlier what i am currently.
Plans For The Future:
Wanted to work as manager and wanted to focus in cloud and development activities as a manager.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
I proud of being an IT professional and aware of all the new trends in the market.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
Environment wise i have groomed too much as a professional and i have learnt a lot how to react according to the different environment reaction's.
Growth Strategy:
I am growing as a manager to take new initiates and to see the leaders who currently working as a leader.But one to the main important thing i am keeping myself updated of current market trends and technologies.
Other Thoughts:
i am a regular reader of silicon and really wanted to be a part of silicon if i have given a chance to work with silicon.
