The Journey So Far:
As working last from three years in the corporate world i have seen lot of phase and with experience i can say that you always be ready to take opportunities, always be potential, enthusiastic, grasping and learning capabilities and ready to do nature. This all above are strong pillars for success.
Job Profile:
3 years of experience in the field of SEO/SEM/SMO. At current I am project Manager in a leading internet marketing firm and my responsibilities to Prepare Project Plans, strategy planning, conversation with client and staff, project progress/delivery report, project delivery on time, training etc.
The Decisions That Matter
I completed my degree with .net specialization and have done MBA but i passed out in 2008 and due to recession i couldn't grabbed job in the same field. After all 1 year struggle i thought to switch in Internet marketing field. That was my ever biggest career decision of my life.
Degrees That Matter:
I recommend Project management certification which has value in IT industry and would be beneficial for my career and could be beneficial for any team lead or manager after a respectable position. People can grab good opportunities through this certification in their career.
Working Life Management:
As a project manager, I manage projects, reports maintenance, planning, meetings, project strategies, on time project delivery and all in office duration. And after office i try myself to be relaxed and for that i watch movies or read novels or play some games to reduce stress.
Done Differently:
As i have given its answer in previous question that its not required that anyone always has their right path but you should always clear your destination. So no matter for me that what field i have chosen. This is just path i am walking on, my aim to start my own IT firm and i'll surely start.
Plans For The Future:
After an enough experience i'll be defiantly on good position in couple of years. May be Assistant manager or CEO in any company or may be owner of my own company. It depends on what i'll keep continue.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
In my short 3 years career i promoted as a team leader in my company and in second and half year company promoted me as a project manager after seen my performance and potential. I have also got 2 times 'best performance' award during my career.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
When I putted my footsteps in field,recession was everywhere and world became so competitive. I choose different field and package was very low too but i ever positive and think that whatever path you choose, but your destination should be always clear.
Growth Strategy:
For continues growing i regularly up to date with my field. You always be clear and always be capable to grab new techniques and should be one step ahead to your competitive field.

No specific role model but i have few names like Bill gates, the name who has known by whole world, and Apple founder Steve jobs, who changed the scenario of modern technology.
