Job Profile:
I have over 8 years of experience, contributing to individual contributor, Project Management, Mentoring, Testing and Development. For the current client, I contribute on Selenium Webdriver on top of EC2 on amazon clouds. I also write programs and scripts based on Java, Perl, Python etc
The Decisions That Matter
Shift to individual contributor from Project Managerial role: This jump I wanted to do was for the reason that I want to emerge as a Leader, who knows technology hands on. I never wanted to be happy about the role I was handling but I wanted to be Happy on what actually I knows about it.
Degrees That Matter:
Cloudera Certification will be a good push if you are on Cloud and Hadoop
Plans For The Future:
I have been one of the pioneer to work on Hadoop/BigData/Webdriver combination, so looking forward to achieve more and lead from front as a AVP or VP for testing for some fortune 500 companies
Changes In The Professional Environment:
This is my 3rd company in my career, but the previous company I served for 7 yrs, where I was involved in lot many client interactions than now, I have been trying my best to cope up with it and it has gone smooth so far

Advice For New Professionals:
Keep focused, there will be 100 friends with 1000 ideas, aim what you can do with the history of what you could do it now. Analyse yourself!
