As the MD of Tai Sang Enterprise Limited, when we started we had a dream to make one of the most easy working Automatic Multihead Computerized Embroidery Machines. Thus, My work involves from Manufacturing, designing & Marketing - all that needs to develop, Need to be at all the places.

1) Running the company single handedly when others wanted to change the quality concerns & than they left.
2) Changing our idea to High Quality work when buyers only wanted CHEAP & lost business for more than 1 year

Prized Accomplishment(s):
2009 was our first High Speed embroidery machine working at 1000 rpm & still working. We are not sure if we were the first to make, but am sure we were the second to make such a machine.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
We started in 2005 & now its 2012. Things have changed a lot. There are too many changes, life is all about changes & our company always welcomes changes
Growth Strategy:
1) Be Human, accept that every one can make mistake
2) Be updated with the latest technology
3) Be connected with every one in the company, may it be management people or the manufacturing engineers
4) Be An Inspiring & Motivating Instrument for all at the work place & in the personal life - if need
Other Thoughts:
1) High Aim Is Needed If we need to make a good industry for the next generation.
2) Quality does not happen, it takes time, money, patience & energy
