There is a lot of work to be done right here, which has utilised my skills as a passionate HR Manager. My goal is to head the whole HR operations for the entire naseba group in Dubai, KL & other offices

Laying down the entire HR process for the company & making it one of the most transparent one for the staff & management. This process ensures, effective performance tracking, people management training, ultimate growth for staff within the organisation

Advice For New Professionals:
Most of us in India do not give importance to goals today. Perhaps like buying your dream car or owning a house you dream of. These are the goals that drive you to succeed. So work on that goal & always do something that you are passionate about.
Role Model:
My General Manager Mohammed Saleem, My Chairman Scott Ragsdale. They are achievers who have taught me that Success is indeed a Choice.
