Career Profile:
Getting and executing business, administration, banking, everything. It is a multifaceted role. Though previously also I have handled Business Development and Execution, what is different this time,is that now I am understanding where I should focus my marketing efforts.

Working Life Management:
Allocate time for all areas without being rigid about it.It takes two to balance. I depend on my family for a lot of support.

Finished my Ph.d alongside my work

With my own Product in the market.

That I have been successful in starting my own consulting practise doing niche work.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
1)Every person in this field is a professional now
2)HR has become multidisiplinary
3)Planning horizons have shortened
4)Boundaries have become amorphous
Growth Strategy:
Read,Write and share my learning during my training programs.
Other Thoughts:
There is a huge amount of potential for creativity and innovation play in HR.
Required Reading:
I pick up books of well known management thinkers, SHRM website, ASTD Journals, ISPI research, Training MagNetwork. Autobiographies are my favourite. Every 2 to 3 years I learn something totally new
Role Model:
Warren Buffet... I admire him for the methods that he employed to create his wealth i.e. sustained work based on unshakeable beliefs,his hands on approach, his humility as an individual,confidence in his methods and his total faith in his people.
