Working Life Management:
When I plan my week, always keep some buffer time to spent with my family and friends, that help me recharge for next week.
I will boldly say "No" to some activities which is not critical to work but badly affect my time with family.
I will keep engaged to my work when I am in office or in a business trip by leaving my personal problems at my home.
Plans For The Future:
After 5 years down the line. I will be a person with much more responsible, competent, knowledgeable and an respectful person in the organisation. I will see myself at some responsible position in a reputed organization who's name must be remembered all the time in company's success stories.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
1. Successfully mobilized and trained 45 candidates from Scheduled Cast communities and offer bank officer job with ICICI Bank.
2. Gave job opportunities to 266 students through employability project dome by NIIT lead by me.
3. Record IVR System for POS Machine used in Financial Inclusion Project, State Bank of Travancore.
