Brief description about me
• Result-oriented IT management professional with 15 years of significant, progressive experience in IT industry, MBA-level education, hands-on experience in project management, service management, process implementations (ITIL v3, Prince2, PMI), contract/service negotiations and pre-sales. Experienced in presales initiatives, project negotiations, preparing proposals, contract negotiations, preparing project plans, technical & non-technical documentations and training materials. Setup and led support services which provides support to multinational companies.Managed multiple projects of various sizes simultaneously and completion of projects such as custom-build web-based application, customization of packaged product, support transition and mail infrastructure migration/upgrade/improvement project. Implemented ITIL processes for a team size of 80+ Members

What Indian profession lacks is passion for job, lack of work quality, deliver what was promised and be honest. Now a days lot of companies move business from India to other countries mainly because of these reasons.
My achievements
•Since 2011-2012, implemented service improvement process and custom tools in HP •Since 2010, appointed as acting COO and lead the restructuring of company • Since 2008, started ITIL implementation in company •Since 2007, selected to head and deploy Prince 2 methodology and managing Multinational accounts •Since 2006, selected as council member and involved in strategic decision making • Since 2005, assigned as head of a profit centre - Global Support Services team • During 2004, single handily plan and setup processes and managing Global Support Services •During 2001-2002, turnaround two projects which were running out of scope, budget and time. •During 2011-2012, implemented the incident, change and release management, knowledge management processes achieving increased performance and cost & time savings. •In 2012, recognised by “ITIL Process Improvement Guru” title for implementing ITIL processes within team •In 2013, recognised by “Leading the Way” award for outstanding person
Thoughts on Education system of our country
In India education system is theory based and students are promoted to by-heart things rather than understanding. In real world students are unable to relate what they are learning and what the experience.
