Job Profile:
I am working as Project Leader in a reputed Search Engine Optimisation company. My job includes maintaining total reporting, Client interaction, Job assigning and distributing, Collection of total work status and Reporting, Preparing Site Review Report, Train to Juniors etc.
The Decisions That Matter
I have to choose the most demanding and promising career that I realised would help in future. I have decided to study hard and update myself with the current scenario so that I can survive easily whatever changes come in job profession.
Career Profile:
Since I am a Project Leader I have to maintain many job responsibilities like maintaining total reporting, Client interaction, Job assigning and distributing, Collection of total work and Reporting, Train to Juniors etc. In my previous profile I was not responsible for total reporting.
Degrees That Matter:
I really feel the need to complete the Google Adwords Certification. This is a certification that will help me to prosper in my career. The trend of my field will go towards the certified professional and I realise that very much.
Working Life Management:
To be honest I am to spend the larger part of daily routine in work. Since my family members and other circles are aware of my job responsibilities they don't insist me on any issues. I also spend my leisure time with them and they are happy with me.
Done Differently:
First of all, I love my job, career and this field. If I were to start my career again I would then complete one or two courses and then plunge myself into this largest web world. But I don't regret though I had to go through some hardest and toughest situations in past.
Plans For The Future:
Of course I want to achieve higher position like others in this filed. But don't like to announce something that looks exaggeration. The field I am working is indeed vast and i could hardly collect a few pebbles. I need to study more to prosper further.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
I am proud for working in technical field without technical background. I am from Arts stream and have completed my Masters in Philosophy. But I have spent huge time in learning the field I am working and have been able influence my skill and knowledge I earned.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
Of course the professional environment has changed from the time I joined. I had to adjust myself with the primary or temporary situations. But One can survive only if he can prove others his competency and be a free and friendly minded.
Growth Strategy:
I work sincerely and always try to help my colleagues so that they find me as their friend not foe. One should be helpful and sympathetic to his friends and colleagues. Only then he would be able to lead a team and be leader.
Other Thoughts:
I love to find myself among friends and that is the true part of my life. I have a large friend circle and I spend time with them if I get chance. Besides blogging is my another passion. Collecting stamps, writing, listening music are others I must say.
Advice For New Professionals:
I would like to advise the young and freshers to study hard and learn more about the field they have entered or intended to enter. There is no limit of knowledge in this dynamic environment and one needs to update himself in order to survive in this field.

To be honest, as a Role Model I can't mention one's name as I have learned from many veterans who have inspired me to walk steadily on the road whatever hurdles come. I am grateful to all whom I treat my mentors and respect them always.
