Working Life Management:
If one is organized, one need not carry any work home. The best policy is to play your professional roles at office, as home bird back home. I give fair a amount of quality time to all relationships. I believe and do what I am determined to do.. So if we are able to prioritize work and personal life, there you are!!!

I would like to be one amongst the global industry leaders, contributing back to the industry and society. Bring in revolutionary changes facilitating growth, progressive movements suiting today's trends. I live a passionate dream to build an effective HR Solutions Tool to simplify current HR challenges globally.

And most importantly when I look back, I realize the ample number of HR professionals, I have groomed who have made this industry grow"
