Mithun Thakur's Story

The Decisions That Matter
Opting IT trainer as my career is one of the most important decisions i have ever made. Today I am well known in my area and I really fell proud when people do respect and value your words. Instead of moving to a big city and making money out there i decided to stay and serve my own city.
Working Life Management:
When you plan your week, make it a point to schedule time with your family and friends and activities that help you recharge. Always drop activities that sap your time or energy. Don't get overwhelmed by assuming that you need to make big changes to bring more balance to your life. Set real GOALS.
Plans For The Future:
Money!! No doubt everybody wants to earn lots of money and i also want to have sufficient funds. I want to start a Development company where the team will be selected on the basis of practical knowledge they have but not on the basis of professional degree.
Required Reading:
Today on GOOGLE everything is available. I do respect of all the achievers who spare there time to share there wisdom with peoples like me. Today Life skills is one of the important part of life for that i recommend "Aao Choo Lai Aasman" by Mrs. Sween Saini. Really a wonderful Book.
Advice For New Professionals:
Listen more than you talk. Take mistakes seriously. Do what you say you're going to do and by when you say you're going to do it. Pay attention to the culture. Be open to learning. Thank people who help you.
Role Model:
For me my father is my role model. I really miss him very much. He was a person who can do anything to keep his words and commitments. I have learnt a power of commitment from him and in today's world if you are not committed towards your responsibilities that means you are no where
