The Decisions That Matter
I loved challenges right from the start of my career. I Joined Standard Charted Bank from my campus after my MBA not knowing which division I will be put in -Landed in Credit Card sales division. Sold Credit Cards for about 11 months standing infront of Software co's. This expeirence changed me.
Degrees That Matter:
IIM Bangalore - Executive program on Entreprenuership. Its an excellent 1 week program which makes you break all your invisible fenses and come out of fear and shape your career the way you want to shape it. It helps face challges and failures confidently and teaches you to bounce back and re-doit
Working Life Management:
Through proper planning. I start my work early so that I can end early so that I can give time to meet friends and also meet the expectations of the family.I plan for a week-break it into daily-and just focus on achieving that day's target.Spend time in reading books and watching inspirational Video

Innovation is the key. Continuous Learning, Innovate new practices and processes to serve your customer,ensure not to repeate mistakes, keeping myself fit to face challanges, being ethical and good People Management. I always get inspired by changes and love to Drive the change
Advice For New Professionals:
Need to be Loyal and be more focused on Learning initially then earning. There is no shortcuts for success. Being Focused, Fearless, Passionate and confident to face any situation will ensure success. And this comes through experimenting and facing lot of failures.
