Head-e Business Development. To established a new product line in terms of e-Business, internet,domestic & corporate segment.To build the product brand , to responsible for profit & Loss for each division, to make strategic sales / operation plan for our product line. From Jan 2012: Head – e Business Development Joined as a Head of the Department as a capacity Business Head , to establishing a product mix in terms of e-Business, B2B ,national market for their Hotels , Camps & travel IT for a reputed upcoming travel firm based in Noida & Delhi. ABC-Application of operations through e-Business Developments ( e- BD) , Customer handling and analyzing of costing with hospitality services. Sales & Marketing, Contracting and to develop business and customer relations & File Operations.To design and market new products which should get acceptance in today’s competitive world, itinerary

Managing personal and professional life
Definitely, it is very important to take right decision at right time, I am very particular about professional & personal front, once I came to office just forget to my family probs and when I am with my family , just keep office task in back front of mind, not just to forget, bcoz I know the fact life that lovely life just because of JOB only.. professional experiences are very close to heart and never compromise with our KARMA. Being a travel management professional I am deeply believe in MOVEMENT, which is karma and in my personal thought our religious book GEETA is the best management guru book, all the episode are basically on the basis of present professional front, these are directly & indirectly can be co related to our professional life. Just an instant there was Kaurava&Pandavas in battle field against each other with Lord Krishna,so we may relate it to our professional battle field where technical guys like krishna,business lane ke liye intellegent hona jaroori like Krishn

My father, he is 78 yrs old young boy, never say no for any task,always positive attitude, no body can perfect , practice can make man perfect, so keep practising in good working environment.

I never forget to accept that without team there is no leader, so we must listen appropriately and understand the situations with various aspect like , personally , morally, heartily and professionally always, best out come to discuss it with other team members enable to get major views for solution with given time frame unless to disturb the daily routine task , which must coincident with your personal decision always, so I should morally responsible :-)
Important career decisions
Its really interesting to me that my most important career decision is " TO TURNED MY HOBBY TO MY CAREER" Travel Management & Hospitality Studies, As I born & brought up in the lap of himalaya a tiny Village PALI "K" Devprayag/badrinath, where culture sings songs with its nature, confluence of mighty rivers Alaknanda from Badrinath & Bagirathi from Gaumukh. It was from very begning during collage days of mine at DAV(PG) College Dehardun, Finally had boarded at Delhi to serve at various MNC's like AMEX,TRAVEL CORPORATION OF INDIA, TCIL-THOMAS COOK (INDIA) LTD as a capacity of Middle level management, had operated various national & international projets like Charter Operation from SPAIN, RUSSIA & UK etc..after ding high degree of operation on various responsible projects I moved to develop my professional skills in SALES & e-BUSINESS from past 5yrs, So I can promptly to say that one should never hesitate to lean from past experience s ,always to curve our technical skills per situatin
My views on India Technical development
Well, there are several challenges at present scenario in India, We have full of technical talent in India but most of the top rankers migrates or lands other country like USA, UK 881984 Canada, we never forget the lines " Its easy to higher technical talented person but retain them are typical Task" we call ourself a developing country , so opportunities are unlimited in India but other side we are forced to choose the wrong path due to external forces like social,economical ,political etc... Also we people are not very organised to secure our future even after getting the technical sound knowledge on the right direction , so technical talent rapidly moved from India to abroad for there future aspects, its simple means to earn the huge money for our future securities, NOw Govt of India has to come forward to give better life style sufficient social starta to our valuable think tank enable them to come up with innovative tech products,where we Indian can intact all together technical
Family background
its very hard to accept that school life was really tough as compare to today world, I used to walk 10 kms daily to reach my school without any mode of transport, there is no possibilities of transport, now days roads has been constructed to access at my village.I had completed my Higher education just to sell a piece of land from my parents, they never gave me chance to look back in my career, I am very thankful to them always
