Job Profile:
Top order batsman/captain.
as a captain i need to play role of leader. and one thing i wanna tell that there is nothing like neutral leader . either there are good leaders or bad leaders.
good leaders look to create more leaders while bad leaders look to create followers.
Done Differently:
i don't think so. im happy with my life. ya it could have been better. but i hate such questions, because one can't change the past , all he can do is learn from it.
Falling down is part of life.Getting back is living.
Plans For The Future:
i donno where but i wanna see myself Happy n i'll.
Growth Strategy:
Learning.if our eyes are open then whole world is an university.one can learn from each n every person and incident and remember one who doesn't learn in this way he can never learn anything.
Required Reading:
i don't think books /websites gonna work in my case. for becoming a sportsman u need to work hard on field. its all sweat that counts.
Advice For New Professionals:
Always give your 100% best effort.
Can you fill 2 litres in a 1 litre pepsi bottle?
So you can never give anything more than 100%.But you can give 100% for every moment .There is no shame in saying "Well Done, you are better than me" When you know that you have given your 100% effort ethically.
