The Journey So Far:
I started my career from APC then in Schneider and now in Cognizant.. it's a long way through the corparate
Job Profile:
I currently hold a project from 3M client.. my role is to manage operations in the team.the team strength is 14. I will be handling people who manages incident management and event monitoring
The Decisions That Matter
Every one in this world strive to become something... so do me... I have a carrier aspiration to own a separate outsourcing firm
Career Profile:
Attending PMR Meetings with the clients.. managing as a lead for a team count of 14 associates. will be responsible for incident management and event monitoring
Working Life Management:
Office issues and things ends up in the office gate and personal life starts when entering in to the home... :)
Done Differently:
being a quick learner i am easily adaptable to the work environment that i am through.so it will not be abig constraint in starting up a new role and objective
Plans For The Future:
Probably a Senior Manager in the firm
Prized Accomplishment(s):
Each and every organization that i worked gave me the feedback on my professionalism.. i am happy that each provided me a guidance to achieve a true Professional inspite of awards , recognition and promotions
Changes In The Professional Environment:
I started my carrier from the scratch... and developed till my current role as a lead.
Growth Strategy:
I Usually take up a personal interview within myself to ensure i am on the right path... More over i would always try to project only the Positive part of my career rather if its negative ill try to be positive on it
Other Thoughts:
Yes... The platform in which we have all the professionals lined up is awesome.. and i am loving the way SILICONINDIA is.. :)
Required Reading:
IBM red books was really useful to develop my career.I would recommend it. and with future its cloud computing that would rock the feet...
Role Model:
Its not in particular i have a role model... example: if i see a beggar begging alms i would hardly take up his situation alone but i do really think that i should be the one doing it in future
