Changes In The Professional Environment:
There is lot of change in the Proff env from past 10 years.
In my Quality env, in early 2000, quality was only a COP who is working to find gaps in the process and escalate them to higher management. but today Quality is a Trusted partner for any team.
Growth Strategy:
Learn...learn...learn.... and implement learning.... check the results...find gaps.... re learn and improvise.
Other Thoughts:
Love to be a Professional in Indian Corporate world.
