I divide my time well, strictly bifurcating the day of 24 hrs into two 60%-Work, 40%-Personal which is dedicated timing for personal growth

Being a Managing Director for Confluence and had an opportunity to work with many people and growing day by day.

It was extremely competitive with established players who have been in the field for decades, we are constantly striving to climb day by day to reach greater heights
Growth Strategy:
I am watching and absorbing current issues related to my business at a local, national and international level, I am also thinking of what actions are to be taken for the next 10 years, about how to handle unpredictable circumstances well so as to give a better life to all.
