I have a designation of Managing Partner in Our firm. As a owner of organization i play various roles, I play the roles of Purchase officer, Sales and Marketing Head,Relationship Officer, Mentor and Counselor to Our employees and importantly i play the critical role of Finance Head.
The Decisions That Matter
1. Discontinued education after graduation. 2. Supported Father to quit the well settled business during family issues and started right from scratch. 3. Dropped a MNC job to be a enterprenuer.
Working Life Management:
I have adopted some basic thumb rules regarding work life balance. I maintain good distance between personal and professional life. And i respect the priorities and strive hard to maintain the levels of priority designed.
Plans For The Future:
Middle Level Management, i look forward to position myself one step above to move to a planning level with specialized personnel at execution level.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
Every day our thinking, style of working etc are getting matured. Initially i competition depressed me, but now Competition motivates and gives a chance to think of new Opportunity. So by Gods grace i have three ventures today.
Growth Strategy:
I am consistently in search of new sectors to invest. I want to have hands on as many as diversified product portfolios catering various sectors. I am exploring opportunities within the existing business where in the same opportunity has a potential to grow as Different Industry in the future.
Role Model:
Anil Ambani not a role model but surely inspires me. He is inspirational because he was not rightly justified with a equal share during confrontation among brothers. The same thing happened with my case. I envy at my counter part's position in my tough times, but his character holds me to be ethical
