Brief description about me
I started my business carrier about 12 years ago, when I finish my school I have join in tourism industry, basically during my 7 years I have worked major all the area's in tourist resort including manager level. after that I have started cartridge recycling business about 10 years back, ever since I am still doing the same business, during my carrier I have worked different area's like construction & trading business as well. Basically I would like to work on challenges, implementation, projects, new concepts and developing & new business models etc. I do concern punctuality, responsibilities, honesty and commitments.

Well I can't say much about India education system, I guess day by day its improving

Quit the job & start my own business, I believe business is a risk? In any case ones the business collapse how do I survive?

Important lesson learned
During my carrier I learn to build a carrier have to compromise what ever it comes and keep an aim & believe on that journey until reaching the target. The journey is not easy & it would be tough but never give up, keep going without looking back
