Advice to workforce
Be open to learn and expand the knowledge. Keep your focus always on your targets. Maintain healthy relationship with the people around. Bank on your strengths and work on your weaknesses.
Language with embedded systems
C/C++ language are being used and sure will be widely used in the future.
Area of specialization
In future there is a lot of scope for ARM based Mobile/wireless lan related embedded products in the market. Fortunately i have worked on these areas.
My corporate journey
I have started my career in our company as a fresher after completing M.Tech from IIT Delhi. Its been nearly 6 Years now that i have been working with various clients and helping them to achieve their goals. I feel lucky that i have been mentored by very good managers and thanks to my co-engineers.
My rewards
There is lot to achieve and never i felt proud of what i have done.
Choosing between money and job satisfaction
I feel both Money and Job Satisfaction are important for achieving a balanced growth in the career. This way a person feels more satisfied and can reach the targets both in personal and professional life
