Ankit Saxena's Story
The Journey So Far:
I started my journey as a 'second in command' for my father in our family business of pharmaceuticals. I started playing this role around 2004 and still playing this. Now, I also have a responsibility of 'Virtual Campus'. I simply find my journey fantastic with numerous lovable events to memorize.
Career Profile:
Since I am the originator and founder of this company, my responsibilities encircles each and every ray, from the very seed ones to the apex.
In my previous profile, i worked as a second in command for my father and still continuing this one with my new one.
Working Life Management:
First, I used to set up a priority table in a time frame. Distribute the work load without overloading any subordinate. Avoid wasting of energy. Less talking more work. Simple living high thinking.
Done Differently:
Nothing. It is all satisfying with a continuous upward motion. I have a good family, great colleagues and friends, dreams and a road which lead to it, targets for myself and milestones for others, creativity to solve problems, stamina to achieve, strength of believe and good wishes.
Plans For The Future:
Our prime motto is to establish our name as a reliable and most consistent brand in field of hi-tech base education system.Our plan is to cover complete of 14 states with in next 2 years. Our services are for both, urban and rural areas.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
To present my project for the welfare of my fellow countrymen, so that their level of education & resources can increase.
Growth Strategy:
I do healthy conversation with my colleagues to ensure that they never hesitate in talking with me.I respect my colleagues for their work and dedication and get the same.We often play chess and go out for a tea-break,so that we can understand each other better.I accept the challenges & sort them out

Advice For New Professionals:
Plan - prepare - implement - execute. Don't be panic if some failure happens, it means you are trying and on your way. Remember success comes to those who tries to come to him. Stay on honesty and one day world will use your name as 'Man with word'.
