Avinash Mahadeo Deoghare's Story
The Journey So Far:
Started in Sales of domestic electrical appliances with a reputed commercial organization and moved on to more powerful players in consumer durables. Learnt valuable skiils and to give my best.Also honed corporate administration and HR skills and was successful in handling varied job assignments.
Job Profile:
Till recently worked as Administration Manager with a Steel Giant JSW -Ispat responsible for House keeping, Transport and Infrastructure development reporting to VP HR.Prior to that served the Army and Territorial Army for over 25 yrs and retired at 54 as Lt Col in Dec 2008.
The Decisions That Matter
Chose to quit the Army in favour of exploring higher education opportunities and experience in parellal carrer in Corporate world, and then opted to serve the Army once again after 10 Yrs in Territorial Army and switch back to Corporate stint after retirement from Services in 2009
Career Profile:
Most current profile has been Corporate Administrative profile different from Sales and Marketing field but simillar to Administrative ethics learnt over a long experience in the Armed Forces.

May be software skills, organizational development progrmmes.
Working Life Management:
Top priority to personal life needs and family welfare and satisfying work profile according me job satisfaction in keeping with my personal objectives eneumerated above.
Done Differently:
Go same way but more focussed and result oriented in achieving Personal goals. Shall wish to have a clearer vision of the carrer path and personal growth.

If luck favours in a job profile which would offer me ample opportunities to let the organization grow with personnel growth

Other Thoughts:
One of my concerns in being member of Siliconindia was to get better job opportunities and acquire good knowledge. I still go with it.
