The Journey So Far:
After retirement from services in 2002 April,joined then corporate world as HOD as well business coordinator at Sagar Apollo Hospital Bangalore.It was really thrilling to work and to create as family like.Nov 2011-Mar 2012 was with Vaatsalya Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd as Hospital Administrator
Job Profile:
A military officer with Diploma in Physiotherapy,Pharmacy,hospital administration, battlefield skills,multi role professional,Hospital/Corporate Office Administrator to liaison with various civil/Govt. officials, agencies including vendor management/contracts.Crisis management.Loss & profit making.
The Decisions That Matter
Joining Indian Armed Forces (IAF)to stand by my India & my people of India is the biggest decision I ever made.
Career Profile:
Currently with my own adventure tourism venture-Rhino Jungle Adventures to promote Indian nature and wild life with teaching of adventures to Indian youths.Its mix of previous life. For me it make no sense.I am a pure military man with target in mind.
Degrees That Matter:
Definitely- a PG diploma/Degree after graduation & professionalism.Possibly an MBA also.
Working Life Management:
This is called self oriented target.Always a Commando stand on his own feet and mission starts for a faster successful end.Own art of living is the best way to cope up life and work,This management plays vital role to think, execute energy and brain.Cheerfulness and fitness is the prime source.
Plans For The Future:
I found myself in ascending ladder of life in corporate world.Each day learning attitude help me.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
All on mission.Once its accomplished,the highest satisfaction comes.Making of then Sagar Apollo Hospital Bangalore(Now Sagar Hospitals)in May 2002 was biggest challenge to show my existence as a HOD, business coordinator.My own adventure venture and high professional knowledge ever gained.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
It was Govt of India-Indian Armed Forces the most disciplined system. While in civil its under private ownership or partnership.hence the system differ lot.But getting into private jobs,its challenging to perform with past military expertise hands and know-how.Then it come handy and easy to execute.
Growth Strategy:
Learning each day from mistakes of self and seniors. Mistakes of past.As a leader, we cant afford to commit mistake all time.We cant mislead juniors.Training, daily briefing with ease helps lot.Growing a big team work.Creativity.

On self control, personal simple fitness,diet,habits,reading blogs like Silicon India,hobbies,leisure with family & friends, Mahabharat,War & scientific books
Advice For New Professionals:
Stable mind,unity,integrity,fitness,good habits of life,early to bed & early to rise theory, regular exercises,family life,treating the work place as a new family home away by creating such environment-this plays an important role and I follow this strictly.I first create and family workforce.
Role Model:
My father & mother who made me of my today.We are from remote villages of Assam with no basic facilities.But they used to give us the best knowledge,technology guidance to have a creative mind,healthy living,socializes & fitness.Most important was to use time of life easily.Art of living by birth.
