My responsibilities include being an MD as well as I take up all work responsibilities in my company. This remains the same from my previous company but of course the work loads has been increased.

I am a good planner and manage my time properly.
Done Differently:
Nothing new but I would follow the same, but I would not trust anyone blindly.
Plans For The Future:
I must be a best entrepreneur, I must heave been a change creator in the lives of at least thousand people.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
My training programmes at premier institutes like PSG in Coimbatore, my bigger clients in a smaller period of time. Most of my seniors who started a consultancy project has failed whereas me, I did it without compromising my values.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
When I started my career, we were all very sincere to our bosses, where as now the condition has reversed. Employees now join in a company just to start a similar such business, they dont either worry about being not sincere or bother to understand to think they are too yusiness.oung to run a b
