The Journey So Far:
Its been great. Corporate culture is pretty open and opportunistic. It is ones own capability and perseverance that keeps him going.
Job Profile:
I'm a Software Developer, working in the Availability Management Domain. I'm into Product feature Enhancement design, and then working on to implementation. Besides helping out the Product Manager to understand the feature enhanced.
The Decisions That Matter
Joining BMC a big company at the start of my career.
Career Profile:
Currently I'm in Design and Development of Enterprise scale software.
Degrees That Matter:
I think I should take MS. Besides would like to take certifications on Enterprise Security Architecture.
Working Life Management:
Work is first, just keep a flexibility to work from anywhere/anytime. So work has become part of family, and vice versa.
Done Differently:
If I get the same opportunity, I'll enter into a start up. Startups offers the End to End visibility of a project, right from the conceptualization, to its impact into revenue model.
Plans For The Future:
I would be the Vice President of R&D in some good company. Or I'll be launching my own company.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
I'm still starving for the one.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
It was very much a offshore R&D center in India. But now it is responsible for major ETE releases
Growth Strategy:
I always try look the big picture and impact it perforates to the sub levels.

Advice For New Professionals:
I would say, every job is challenging. One should not run for big name and big money initially. Rather should start as a low profile and gradually build your confidence with dedication. Confidence will bring you everything in the end. Starting off grand land often land you to substandard level.
