The Journey So Far:
I start working during my study back in 2006, after that I join MNC in 2009 and left in 2010 and start my own business of Software Development. Its quite nice journey till date
The Decisions That Matter
I joined MNC but after some time I thought its not meant for me because in corporate world everyone try to pull your leg and keep you busy in other stuff so I left that job and start my own business where nobody disturb anyone still have MNC.
Career Profile:
Now I am doing Managing Director role which is quite different from my last profile i.e. software engineer. Here I have to make quick decision while in development I only have one task. Here I have to manage my team and same thing for clients for making client happy some lies :)
Degrees That Matter:
Not exactly but before you start anything you should have some knowledge about that rest you will learn when you are in.
Working Life Management:
I work in late night so its really quite impossible to for day life but be in touch with family is important than friends.
Done Differently:
If I have start my carrier again then I will choose game development line, I still wish to learn VFX as I always want to be one member of game team.
Plans For The Future:
I am expecting my self as one of the leading Software Industrialist from Northern Zone of India. As most of Software industries are in south and east but North so I wish some day people start taking my company name alike other brand.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
I start my own MNC, Now soon a branch in New York coming year.
Required Reading:
I prefer Techmedia Books its countless prefer whatever you want but must learn something from them.
Advice For New Professionals:
Don't feel hesitate while making friends. Whenever you meet anyone keep yoour mind open to get positive thinking because its really hard to stand with enemies on your path. Try to make your presence in office but for someone.
Role Model:
My role model is my Dad, Inspired me alot because he tried hard to make me successful and never said I am sick of doing this so I learn never get tired instead always keep trying one day you will get what you are after.
