We are a family of four- my wife is a school teacher, my elder daughter Anjana is in SBI and my younger daughter Shweta is pursuing her MBA. I was in the army for 22 years. After retirement in 2001 I am into teaching, training and consultancy.

Joining the army- acquiring qualifications in Management- starting my own vwnture
Career Profile:
I run my own HR Consultancy firm , based out of Navi Mumbai.We provide end to end HR Solutions to individual corporate and institutional clients
Degrees That Matter:
Maybe a few Trainer certification courses including an NLP practitioners course and a facilitation course would help
Working Life Management:
I run my own business and hence can regulate my work so that I get max time with my family. Sundays are sacrosanct
Done Differently:
I would join the army all over again. Thats for sure.maybe I would work after retirement and pursue a corporate career before starting my own venture.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
I always pride myself on the quality of my work and my delivery of service.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
There is a total lack of ethics- any thing goes in the name of competition!!!

My Dad- he is probably the man with the fewest faults that I have come across- I always strive to be the man he was- good father, good husband, honest to the core, loving and affectionate- still trying---
