The Journey So Far:
I don't have so much to tell b'coz of being a fresher.But one thing i've learnt- To fight & to face hard times. I sold products at door steps,did marketing,got a good market experience. This corporate world has taught me to be strong,not to bent down,fight always,make relations & always to be happy.
The Decisions That Matter
Most important decision I have made till date-
Is to start farming at a big level though i have my own company. This industry is gonna be in top 10 sectors in next 15-20 years. Making money,serving society,caring nature & making a fame in various trades.
Career Profile:
Here I am the sole owner/MD of the company so everyone reports to me & I run everything. It is different b'coz previously i was operations head at a BPO & i was also having the same responsibility in a company from mining industry. So being the owner from a manager is almost 180 degree turn.
Degrees That Matter:
A piece of paper can't decide what i am & what i'll be. Its the life knowledge by which all is gonna be decided. So gain knowledge,be wise & expand yourself.
Working Life Management:
Quite tough,hard to manage but i do. Life is quite a hard piece to bite. After managing my time with flexibility for daily life, i felt it easily going in flow. So its the only thing we can do to get balanced-Time management.
Done Differently:
Farming,not traditional but industrial & scientific. Currently I own a BPO but i know,as being a farmer I can compete myself with strong turnover from agri business. It may be b'coz my love towards nature or something else but if it happens, i'll go for farming first.
Plans For The Future:
Owner of 3 companies from different trades. I am committed to achieve 60-80 percent increment in annual turnover.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
I promised someone in my childhood that i'll be an entrepreneur & i kept my promise & established my own company in given time. Thus i made my elders feel proud.It was the change of traditional stream as my elders are the employs & i opted to go for business.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
Not really.People were playing with figures,chasing the targets,competing each other at any level. People are doing the same today.When i was getting salary,i was doing same,when i am giving salary,i see people doing same in my office. Even i am one of them in a different way at a different level.
Growth Strategy:
Always do the thing first & then say others to do. A true leader leads by actions not by words. I keep learning,updating & upgrading myself.
Other Thoughts:
Lots of things but we can start with a slogan- Save water & save farmer. If you want to see emerging India,please do it,not for you but for the next generation. We can make anything happen.We are the power,just think a bit & try once.
Please plant at least one tree in this monsoon.
Advice For New Professionals:
Do struggle,face problems & work hard with dignity. Create your own identity by proving things. Don't satisfy others,but make yourself satisfy & happy by your work.
One of the most important thing- Enjoy life king size b'coz "Zindgi na milegi dobara".
