The Journey So Far:
Last 20 years i am in Corporate world.
Job Profile:
I am a ERP Functional lead, and the role is to understand the clients requirement on day to day basis and explain to my team and bring the net result. I am in ERP last 15 years.
The Decisions That Matter
"Time changes, we with the time", no big decision we can make today becasue that may not require in next decade, now cloude computing has come, noting is requried, now you tell me what to make decision. Eat well, think and act that's all we can do.Survival is now become very tough,plan to live today
Degrees That Matter:
"That's what education means,What you can not be done earlier, can be done now after doing it". Post graduate in Finance.
Done Differently:
First i do not want to restart again, my career is full of hard work with no achivement, my good planning, hard work has not taken me up only accepting what i get today only brought me here, that is patiency and acceptance. Threre is not good thing or bad thing here, all how you take it as person.
Plans For The Future:
Nothing progressive here when compare to India, Because half of the time i have to think of lossing the job and uncertainity over here. Getting full time job is not that easy. I am encouraging the book writtern by Peter " Why good people are not getting job".
Prized Accomplishment(s):
Hurt ever, anyone.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
Nothing great, i think the professional environment has died long back. People who had live before year 1960 had every professional things followed, but now nothing like that. People are hunting for money, money and no loyalty, so we can not expect any professional evvironment here.
Growth Strategy:
I am attending online courses and mean time the requirement is not coming back. I am not sure what to read. I have started with Main frame, then moved to Client server then moved to ERP what to do next? there is no clear focus on employemnt, hence i told my children to do the recession free job.

Advice For New Professionals:
Please do not depend on technilogy and waste your more time on that, adopt your self to live without technology,the technology what have today will not be there tomorrow, Live for today, do not think of tomorrow, there is no such things are there as such. Luck favours fools.
Role Model:
Every people has two sides, I could take a Role model as my native film star MGR who was so good to people, I do not know how he gets such huge money to pay to others. I love him and taken him as role model because of his hard work and love others, helping mind, determinations, and gudiance to other
