When i over achieve my targets a long way by the 20th of the month
Growth Strategy:
Keep learning from all be it younger generation too do not hesitate to learn from anyone. At times i learn certain things from the kids when watching them or being with them.

Be focused on your job and keep your head cool at all times, do not panic if any mistake is done accept it and keep moving furhter

No one specific but yes lots of them. have seen couple of them rising to the top and then fall flat on the face then again they rise after the struggle
