Job Profile:
I have Consulting Firm on Labour Law. Providing end to end support to all MNC's and National Level Co.on Labour Law matter. I am a Executive in charge and interacting Client to provide my advisory support, managing Team and business development is my one of the major part.
The Decisions That Matter
Finishing my academic and professional education, I was started my carrier with a FMCG Co. as a Depot In-charge at North-East region, but I was not happy with my job, bcoz I want to be a boss of my own co. and during 1998 I have resigned and started my business from the mezzanine floor of my home.
Career Profile:
Presently I am the owner of my Co. and previously I was an employee of a Co. definitely, my coverage of work and responsibilities is very important to run my organization. Limited access is not help people to grow...therefore liberty of work can help people to know and grow.
Working Life Management:
Working around 13-14 hrs. a day in my firm also I have very active team those are supporting me to manage day to day activity and during weekend I am completely spent my time with my family. Every six month I am taking break from my work and go to long drive.
Plans For The Future:
I want to be a good employer and to open branch office of my concern at all the capital city of Eastern Region.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
I am proud to be Consultant of my existing client and always try to satisfy them with my services.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
I felt it's a dynamic, sometimes we can not manage with this conventional Act & Rules enacted by the authority and the nature of work and condition of work is different in the present business scenario.
Required Reading:
Books like "Industrial & Labour Law" -R.De/ Kharbanda/C.B. Mamoria/ H.L.Kumar etc. is Good and help full. Publication like Sachdeva's/ LPH/ TATAMGH/ Malhotra etc. All Govt. Website and "Labour Law Reporter" is very helpful for regulatory update.
Advice For New Professionals:
"Don't look your past and go ahead with your aim to reach your goal and not stopped before achieving"
Role Model:
Absolutely my Grand Father inspired me. He was a business man @ Bangladesh and belongs to a very renowned family in Dhaka.
