I come from a middle class family born in a village and brought up in a tier II town in Andhra pradesh. My father worked for BSNL as Divisional engineer and mother housewife. We are 3 children, me being the youngest. My Dad is SSLC graduate and my mother is 5th class school dropu out.

The Journey So Far:
I started as individual contributor being a team member in Software industry.Moved across roles - developer,tester,quality engineer, program management support and now project manager. All these roles gave me good exposure and a holistic one as well.Working with multisite teams taught me a lot.
Job Profile:
I am working as Project manager-software at NXP Semiconductors India Pvt Ltd. I am in the Business unit- automotive and in the business line car entertainment systems. We develop embedded software for the car radio products.In my current role i am managing 3 multisite projects developing 2 products
The Decisions That Matter
One most important career decision i took is to pick up program management support role. I started my career as a developer and after 3.5 years moved into quality domain to get holistic view of product development processes. After gaining the required knowledge & skills i latched onto the PMO role.
Career Profile:
My current responsibilities are Project management related, right from project kick off to project closure including the customer support. My earlier profile was program management support role where my responsibilities are assisting the program manager to track his projects.
Degrees That Matter:
I recommend Project Management Professional certification and any basic course on product development, which covers both business and project execution angles.
Working Life Management:
Efficient time management and setting right priorities.One has to realize that your time is in your control. Everyone has the same 24 hrs in a day..the most succuessful spent it on the things they want to by setting right priorities. You need clarity and confidence to drive it in your way
Done Differently:
Two things i will focus on.
1. Being clear about what i need
2. Prepare a plan for execution with confidence.
Many of us know most of the things where we lack is putting those things to work for you.

Many accomplishments both on professional and personal front right from teenage till now. My first accomplish i am proud off is doing my graudation in a place which is 2000kms from my hometown - different state,different culture,different people. And being gold medalist at the university level
Growth Strategy:
I believe Life is best lesson to be learnt-day by day, chapter by chapter. I am continuously learning from day to day activities both on professional and personal front.I learn from 9 month old Daugther,70 years Father,60years Mother and 26 year spouse. Apart from that reading books.
Other Thoughts:
I personally believe - "your attitude is your altitude". work on it and it will take great heights

My Role model is Mr.Narayana Murthy. Every aspect of his inspires me. If you want me to pick two then i would say what inspires me is his Vision and leadership style.
