The Journey So Far:
Simply put, I can only say "some are wise and some are otherwise". I would love to be an entrepreneur in a small way than being very big as an employee. Tails of a lion ( a small entrepreneur) is better than face of a pig (a big position as an employee).

I am a Corporate Trainer and Chief Strategist for effortsCAPITAL offering specialized training for the seekers of uncommon wisdom and extended education. The following are my key areas of training operations -Business Acumen, Sales and Financial Markets, Art of Investing and Professional Trading.
The Decisions That Matter
I started my career promoting para med.products. Though v.successful in my career, I had to change my line after a road accident in the far past. Understanding the cap.markets, I've seriously started learning the subject 2 the core and 2day I am proud 2 call myself professional trainer in the field.
Degrees That Matter:
I am an Honors Graduate of Life Science, a Post Graduate in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, an MBA with an Advanced Diploma in Computer Sciences.
Working Life Management:
Its more an art than anything else. Many a times a proper balance may not be possible, but how one manages both work and personal life is truly an art of managing time and obligations. Clarity of communication help most of the time, be it at work or personal life.
Done Differently:
Well, no such regrets. Despite of deviations and disconnects in my studies and career plan, I have managed to do all that I needed to do. In other words I crossed the bridge when it came before me. I sincerely do not think of anything to do differently now that could prove better.
Plans For The Future:
I have plans to be extending my corporate training all across S.India. At present I am operating only in Hyderabad and imp. districts of Andhra (based on the assignment I undertake, I visit other cities). I plan to have my foot wet in all the four states of S.India in the coming couple of years
Growth Strategy:
I believe in the fact that Leaders Are Good Readers. I constantly update myself in my professional area and always create a niche for myself. I believe in relationship creation and ensuring its long time sustenance a key for overall development.
Required Reading:
Well, I think "what is sauce for goose may not be sauce for gander". Internet has immense information, Google your areas of interest and go with the one that touches you the most. Be yourselves in the decision making.
Advice For New Professionals:
Take ownership in whatever you do. Understand the cost involved in every aspect. Do a thorough cost benefit analysis of every fragment of activity you undertake and prioritize your tasks and schedule your work accordingly. Believe in yourself and live as if there is no tomorrow.
