The Decisions That Matter
To go on my own. That has set me in a totally different career path which I won't exchange with anyone.
Working Life Management:
Near zero work policy on weekends. Stop work strictly at 5pm. If i am not able to do so then I look into my time management, it means something is wrong there.

Advice For New Professionals:
You can start on your own. Don't be dependent on big companies to give you a leg up. Just get started and learn as you go.
