The Journey So Far:
I come from the education fraternity. I worked in Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai in the areas of Sales and Marketing and then moved on to work for a Bluetooth Marketing company as Sr.Account Manager.
Post my Masters in Marketing Management I choose to be an entrepreneur.
Job Profile:
Egeria is Training and Strategy consulting firm. We focus on People Management skills training and conduct training programs for Schools, colleges and corporates.
I take care of the Business Development for my organization. Egeria believes in team work and its strength is its core team members.

With 3 years in the Industry, have managed to get clients like Mumbai International Airport Ltd. , Siyaram Silk Mills, Asian Paints, Dr.Batra's Homeopathy clinic.
Growth Strategy:
Continuous up gradation is required. I read books related to Human Psychology. Listen to improve my communication. Doing certification courses.
Other Thoughts:
Nothing on top of my mind. Will take sometime to recollect.

Be clear in what you want to do in life and work with passion.

Nothing specific. Everybody is talented around me and so everyday keep learning new things from them to improve my skill sets.
